Meet Our Founder

Kevin Liu is the founder of Value Software Solutions and a software engineer with over 10 years of experience spanning web and mobile development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and IT systems management.

Before starting VSS, Kevin built and maintained production applications across industries including parking and transportation, social commerce, logistics, and hospitality. He has hands-on experience with PHP, React, Python, iOS development, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and commercial networking platforms like UniFi.

Kevin founded VSS to bring enterprise-quality technical work to businesses that don’t have the budget for a full-time engineering team or IT department. He leads every engagement personally from the initial consultation through deployment and ongoing support.

When he’s not building software or configuring networks, Kevin lives in the Los Angeles area with his family.
